Steelpan history, playing and performance at a unique, engaging summer camp!

Children ages 8 and up are invited to join us for an engaging, unique and empowering musical experience! Kids will learn the history of and how to play the steelpan, an Afro-Caribbean instrument.

Camp will be hosted by Barrels to Beethoven at St. Edmund’s Academy in Squirrel Hill from August 5-9. Camp is held from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. They will be provided with a healthy snack while at camp. At the end of the week, family and friends are invited to watch the kids perform!

The full cost of camp is $175. However there are scholarships available for those in need.
